As a Gut Restoration Nutrition Advisor, I’ve seen firsthand how natural, thoughtful eating can transform lives. When my children and I started experimenting in the kitchen — blending, rolling, and creating snacks together — it became a way to combine my love for health with creativity. One day, my son joked, “We should open a café!” That playful idea blossomed into Humble & Whole.
