Yes! All of our snacks, including our Good Gut Globes, nut milks, and savoury crackers, are completely gluten-free.

Are your energy balls (Good Gut Globes) vegan?

Yes! They are 100% plant-based, made with natural ingredients like nuts, dates, and superfoods.

Do you use preservatives or artificial sweeteners?

No, we never use preservatives, artificial sweeteners, or stabilisers. Our snacks are made fresh with minimal, all-natural ingredients.

Are your nut milks free from stabilisers and emulsifiers?

Absolutely! Our almond and cashew milk contain only nuts, water, and natural flavourings like cardamom and cinnamon—no unnecessary additives.

Storage & Freshness

How long do the Good Gut Globes (energy balls) last?

They stay fresh for up to 2 weeks when stored in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. You can also refrigerate them for extra freshness. We recommend warming to enjoy.

How should I store the nut milk?

Since our nut milks are free from preservatives, they should be refrigerated and consumed within 4–5 days. Shake well before use!

Can I freeze the energy balls?

Yes! You can freeze them for up to 3 months. Simply defrost at room temperature before eating.

Where can I buy your products in person?

We have a weekly pop-up every Friday at The Square, Wolverton (11 PM – 4 PM). Check our Pop-Up Schedule for more locations.

Can I pre-order for collection at a pop-up?

Yes! Just DM us on Instagram or WhatsApp to reserve your order and pick it up at our next pop-up.

Do you offer delivery?

At the moment, we do not offer nationwide delivery, but we provide local collection options.
